ifilm English to air ‘The Occupiers’ finale

ifilm English channel has set to air final episode for the series ‘The Occupiers’ on Monday night.

The series finale, directed by Saeed Aqakhani and produced by Iraj Mohammadi as well as Mehran Maham, will be aired on October 14, 2019, at 20 GMT.

‘The Occupiers’ series followed the story of Ardeshir who got involved in a financial crisis.

It started when Ava and her two children returned home from an overseas vacation and found out that her husband Ardeshir had sold their home and had gone missing.

After finding Ardeshir, Ava and her kids had to spend the following days and weeks either stranded outside on the streets or at her mother’s house trying to figure a way out of the financial misfortune they had incurred.

Notable among the cast are Hadiseh Tehrani, Sepand Amir-Soleymani, Mohammad Kasbi, Marjaneh Golchin, Sirous Gorjestani, Amir Ghaffarmanesh, Mehran Rajabi, Ali Sadeqi, Saba Kamali, Hamid Lolaee, Parastou Moqaddam, Ardeshir Kazemi, Behshad Sharifian, and Halimeh Saeedi.

‘The Occupiers’, produced in 2010, will be replaced by the comedy series ‘Huge Problems 1’ made by Borzou Niknejad.
